Skilled in leveraging enterprise modernization toolchains to deliver end-to-end solutions in modernization, automation, and AI integration using platforms like Watson.ai. Known for building high-performing teams, creating skilled talent pools, and inspiring professionals to grow and succeed in the modernization ecosystem.
A dynamic and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise IT Strategy. Currently the Founder of VRNexGen Technologies, I lead modernization projects leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as zDevOps, IBM DBB, UCD, GitHub Integration, Watsonx.ai, and Zowe APIs.
