Built to act like a 24/7 sales agent, LeadGENIE uses the power of real-time voice AI, advanced reasoning, and knowledge-grounded dialogue to initiate, conduct, and summarize outbound sales calls—all without human intervention.

  • Automatic Lead Detection: Scans your lead database (CRM/form) for new or follow-up entries.
  • Outbound Voice Calls: Places real-time calls using Twilio, initiating a natural voice conversation.

  • Knowledge-Aware Responses: Uses LangChain RAG pipeline with Granite Embeddings + Pinecone for accurate, context-rich answers.
  • Intelligent Classification: Classifies leads into HOT, WARM, COLD, FOLLOW UP, or NOT INTERESTED using summarization, sentiment analysis, and reasoning.
  • CRM Integration: Updates lead status back into your CRM or database via FastAPI.
  • Admin Dashboard: View lead outcomes, upload knowledge bases, monitor call logs, and more—all via a sleek Streamlit interface.

IBM Granite Utilized in the Project Explained

Our project leverages Watsonx’s IBM Granite models for intelligent voice-based lead engagement. Granite 3.3B/8B Instruct is used for real-time text generation, enabling human-like conversations and summarization. For contextual grounding, we use Granite Embedding 1.07M (Multilingual) within a RAG pipeline. This combination allows the system to understand responses, retrieve relevant info, and classify leads as HOT, WARM, COLD, FOLLOW UP, or NOT INTERESTED—delivering natural, goal-driven conversations and accurate intent classification at scale.
